Oil contour

All MAZDA 323 engines are equipped with the so-called circulating lubrication system. The oil pump podsasyvat oil from the pallet of a case and gives it to the main oil filter. On the delivery party of the oil pump there is a reducing valve. With too high pressure of oil the valve opens, and a part of oil can flow down in the case pallet. Through the middle of the boss of the filter the purified oil comes to the trunk oil main. There is an oil pressure sensor which signals the driver about the insufficient pressure of oil. At a contamination of an oil filter perepuskny the valve gives oil directly to the trunk oil main, passing the filter. The diesel engine in addition to the basic can have still perepuskny an oil filter. At the same time a part of a stream of oil branches off and passes through the filter. From there the purified oil flows down back in the case pallet.

Channels for lubricant of bearings of the crankshaft depart from the trunk oil main. Through slanting openings in the crankshaft oil moves on conrod bearings. At the same time on the ascending oil pipelines oil comes to a head of cylinders and greases bearings of a cam-shaft, yoke and the ends of cores of valves. Some MAZDA 323 models for the best heat removal are equipped in addition with the oil cooler. At the same time oil after course of the filter passes through the oil cooler with water cooling.
