Points of installation of an onboard jack

Points of installation of an onboard jack are designated on a threshold by deepenings. To establish a jack in these deepenings, at the same time cambers on a threshold have to enter a jack groove.

Rules of towage

1. To turn on the ignition lock in the provision of "ACC" (I) to unblock a steering wheel and to have an opportunity to include a sound signal and/or a screen wiper.
2. To install the transmission in neutral situation. On cars with the automatic transmission to install the lever of the choice of transfers to situation "N".
3. In Germany to turn on the alarm system on both cars (or to execute other rules).
4. As the brake amplifier works only at the switched-on engine, on cars with the brake amplifier and the switched-off engine it is necessary to put bigger effort to a pedal of a brake.
5. On cars with a servoupravleniye management requires more efforts as the servoamplifier does not work at the idle engine.
6. To tow the car only in the direction of the movement.
7. The towing cable or bar have to be placed so that towing earrings were not loaded with side forces.
8. For protection of cars the towing cable has to be elastic. To use only polymeric cables or cables with an elastic link.

9. For towage to raise a forward part of the car by long distances.
10. Without gearbox oil the car can be towed only with the lifted forward part.
11. By means of the special towing car, the car can be towed only forward (with the lifted forward wheels). Forward wheels of the car with the lifted back wheels have to be established on the cart.
12. On cars with the four-wheel drive all wheels have to be lifted. To tow the car L - 6813, or to completely ship it.
