Removal and installation of the motor of the fan

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To disconnect a weight cable from the battery.

At the same time data from memory of malfunctions of the engine or a protective code of the radio receiver are erased. Before shutdown of the battery it is necessary to read instructions in the Section Removal also installation of the battery.

  1. To switch-off the fan plug.
  2. To unscrew bolts of fastening of the holder of the fan on a radiator.
  3. To incline the fan motor with the holder back and to take out up.
  4. Holding a krylchatka, to unscrew the central bolt of the fan on the motor.
  5. To unscrew bolts of fastening and to remove the motor from the holder.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To screw the fan motor on the holder.
  2. To screw a krylchatka on the motor.

  1. To screw the motor with the holder on a radiator with effort of 10 Nanometers.
  1. To connect the plug.
  2. To connect a cable of mass of the battery.
  3. If are available, to determine time on hours and to set a protective code of the radio receiver.
  4. To check work. For this purpose to warm up the engine that the fan turned on.
