Start of the engine The cars which are not equipped with electric system of injection of fuel

|
- Fasten a seat belt.
- Check whether the emergency brake is tightened.

The manual transmission – completely squeeze out coupling and install the switching lever in neutral situation. At start hold a coupling pedal in completely squeezed out situation.

The automatic transmission – install the box lever in situation "P" (parking) or "N" (neutral).

|
You do not hold a starter included longer than 10 seconds. If the engine is not started at once, wait 5 – 10 seconds, and repeat start process, otherwise the starter can be damaged. |
|
|
Cars without manual drive of the air gate
Cold engine
|
|
- Once completely squeeze out the accelerator pedal and release.
- Turn the ignition key in situation "START (III)". Release its maximum in 10 seconds.
- Squeeze out the accelerator pedal approximately to a half if the engine is started. Release the accelerator pedal to reduce speed.
- Let's the engine get warm approximately within 10 seconds before transfer inclusion.
- On a frost (it is below -18 °C) or if the car was not used several days
- Squeeze out the accelerator pedal two-three times and again release it.
- Turn the ignition key in situation "START (III)". Release a key when the engine is started.
- If the engine is not started, release the ignition key. Squeeze out the accelerator pedal five-ten times before the following attempt of start.
- Turn the ignition key in situation "START (III)" to start the engine.
- When the engine is started, let's it get warm, without pressing the accelerator pedal.
- If the engine in 30 seconds starts working evenly, reduce speed easy pressing and an otpuskaniye of the accelerator pedal.

|
If the engine long time (more than 5 minutes) idles with the increased speed, the car can be damaged because of very high temperature of system of purification of the fulfilled gases. |
|
|
Warm engine
|
|
- Squeeze out the accelerator pedal half and hold in this situation, without pumping over.
- Turn the ignition key in situation "START (III)" to start the engine.
- Release the ignition key and the accelerator pedal when the engine is started.
|
|
Candles are filled in with fuel
|
|
- If the hot engine is not started, maybe, that candles are filled in with fuel. Therefore wait at least half-minute before the following attempt of start.
- Completely squeeze out the accelerator pedal and hold it in this situation without pumping over.
- Turn the ignition key in situation "START (III)" to start the engine.
- Release the ignition key and the accelerator pedal when the engine is started.

For cars with the manual drive of the air gate
Air gate
|
|
- Extend the drive of the air gate only for start or warming up of the engine.
- Completely extend the button of the air gate.
|
|
- When the engine reaches the working temperature, completely move the button.
|
|
|

|
|
The control lamp lights up when the button of the air gate is extended and dies away at a button vdviganiye. |
On the cold engine
|
|
|
|
- Do not squeeze out the accelerator pedal.
|
- Completely extend the button of the air gate.
- Turn the ignition key in situation "START (II)".
- Release the ignition key when the engine is started. If the engine decays, once again start it.
- After start of the engine move the button so that the engine worked steadily.
- When the engine reaches the working temperature, completely move the button of the air gate.

|
On the warm engine
|
|
|
|
- Squeeze out the accelerator pedal approximately half. Do not pump over the accelerator pedal and do not extend the button of the air gate.
|
- Turn the ignition key in situation "START (III)".
- After start of the engine release the ignition key and slowly release the accelerator pedal.
|
|
Candles are filled in with fuel
|
|
|
|
- If on the warm engine of a candle are filled in with fuel and it is not started, wait 1 minute or longer before repeating start attempt.
|
- Slowly completely squeeze out the accelerator pedal. Do not pump over and do not extend the button of the air gate.
- Turn the ignition key in situation "START (III)" to start the engine.
- After start of the engine release the ignition key and slowly release the accelerator pedal.
|
|
If the engine is not started because of excess fuel, remove candles and dry them. |
|
|
Do not allow finding of cigarettes, sparks or naked flame near the engine when replacing candles. |
|
|
The cars equipped with electric system of injection of fuel
|
|
- Fasten a seat belt (if is available).
- Check whether the emergency brake is tightened.
- Do not squeeze out the accelerator pedal.
- Completely squeeze out a pedal of coupling and install the gear shifting lever in neutral situation
- Start the engine at the squeezed-out coupling.
- Turn the ignition key in situation "START (III)".
- Release the ignition key when the engine is started. If the engine decays, once again start it.

|
On the warm or cold engine at first try to start it, without squeezing out the accelerator pedal. If the warm engine is not started, squeeze out the accelerator pedal half and once again start. |
|
|
Only for engines with a turbocompressor
|
|
Directly after a trip from high speed or after long rise the engine has to work with the speed of idling of at least 30 seconds before it is stopped. |
Diesel engine
|
|
- Fasten a seat belt (if is available).
- Check whether the emergency brake is tightened.
- Completely squeeze out a pedal of coupling and install the transmission lever in neutral situation. During start hold a coupling pedal in completely squeezed out situation.
|
|

On the cold engine
|
|
|
|
- Turn the ignition key in situation "ON (II)".
|
- Then turn the ignition key in situation "START (III)" and start the engine, without squeezing out the accelerator pedal. On the cold engine the accelerator pedal at start of the engine has to be squeezed completely out.
|
|
- At low temperatures of air completely extend the button of cold start, turn to the right and turn the ignition key in situation "ON (II)".
- Turn the ignition key in situation "START (III)" and hold until the engine is started. Squeeze out the accelerator pedal to increase a little speed, and release it when the engine steadily works.
- Turn the button of cold start to the left and completely move it when the engine reaches the usual working temperature.
- During warming up of the engine the button of cold start has to be extended.

|

For simplification of start switch off all electric devices.
- If the engine is not started, return the ignition key to situation "LOCK (0)" or "ACC (I)" before making a new attempt of start.

- Then turn the ignition key in situation "START (III)" and start the engine, without squeezing out the accelerator pedal.
