Control lamp of signals of turn / alarm system
- If the control lamp does not work, the system of indexes of turns works unsatisfactorily. It is necessary to eliminate malfunction as soon as possible.
- At turning on of the alarm system indexes of turn on both sides at the same time work.

Thermometer of cooling liquid
- This thermometer specifies temperature of cooling liquid.
Type A – Arrow indexes
If the arrow of the index left admissible area, the engine is overheated.
Type B – Electronic indexes
At the superheated engine segments of the indicator blink.

Take the following measures at an engine overheat:
- Stop the car on the edge of the road.
- Switch off the conditioner.
- Kill the engine if from a radiator cooling liquid or steam acts. Turn the ignition key in situation "ON (II)", without starting the engine. In this situation the fan works automatically. If it does not work, address to the service center MAZDA.
- If cooling liquid does not act, leave the engine to work at single turns and for the best cooling open a cowl.
- If temperature does not decrease on single turns, kill the engine and wait until it is cooled.
- Check tightness of connections of hoses of a radiator. At once kill the engine if dribble is revealed, and address to the service center MAZDA.
- Check the level of cooling liquid if cooling liquid acts. If it is required, add the ordered cooling liquid.

Do not uncover a radiator if the engine and a radiator hot. The boiling cooling liquid and steam can escape under pressure from an opening that can cause burns. |
|

Index of level of fuel
- The index of level of fuel shows what amount of fuel is available in a tank.
- Volume of the fuel tank
- Except cars with the four-wheel drive: 45 l.
- Only cars with the four-wheel drive: 53 l.

Type B – Electronic indicators

- When the lower segment of the indicator of a reserve of fuel begins to blink, fuel level in a tank makes about 5 l.
- If when fuelling the ignition switch does not turn on, it lasts so far the indicator will not be installed on the urgent level of fuel. Therefore when filling switch off the switch.

Control lamps
Check
If to install the ignition key in situation "ON (II)", without starting the engine and to tighten the emergency brake, it is possible to check control lamps. If indicators do not light up, they should be checked in the service center MAZDA.

Optical/acoustic
The alarm system of low level of fuel (if is available). This optical/acoustic signal joins if the amount of fuel in a tank makes 8 l.

Control lamp of pressure of oil
This control lamp specifies too low pressure of motive oil. It lights up at the included ignition (for check of operability of a lamp) if pressure of oil is normal, the lamp dies away after start of the engine.

If the control lamp lights up during the movement:
- Stop the car on the edge of the road.
- Check the level of motive oil. If it is required, add oil.
- Or tow off the car in the nearest service center MAZDA to add oil.

|
|
Non-compliance above with the stated instructions can give to serious damages of the engine. |

Control lamp / a sound signal of pressure of oil - an oil filter (for the diesel engine)
This control lamp burns at inclusion of ignition (for working capacity check) and dies away after start of the engine.

|
If this control lamp of pressure of oil burns during the movement:
- Carefully stop the car on the edge of the road.
- Check the level of motive oil. If level too low, add missing oil, or
- Tow off the car in the company center MAZDA and there add oil.
|
|
The system of a control lamp / a sound signal of an oil filter also serves for protection of system of a filtration of oil of your car. If the control lamp / lights up the sound signal sounds at a normal temperature of the engine and at the normal level of motive oil, it indicates that the oil filter is perhaps littered. In this case deliver the car to the next gas station or in the company center MAZDA to replace an oil filter.

Non-compliance with the rules stated above can lead to serious damages of the engine. |

Control lamp of charging current
By means of this lamp malfunctions of the generator or electric system are specified.
|
|
If the lamp lights up during a trip, arrive as follows:
- Carefully stop the car on the edge of the carriageway.
- At the switched-off engine check whether it was weakened or whether the belt is damaged maple.
- If maple a belt as it should be, malfunction is concluded in system of a charge. It is recommended to find and eliminate malfunction as soon as possible.

Control lamp of the alarm system (if is available)
This lamp burns when the alarm system is switched on.

Control lamp of failure of stoplights (if is available)
The lamp lights up at failure of a stoplight or at malfunction in a chain. Malfunction has to be eliminated as soon as possible.

Control lamp of brakes
Control lamp of the parking brake – if the emergency brake is tightened, at inclusion of ignition the control lamp lights up. At a start of motion it is necessary to check that the emergency brake was completely released, and the lamp went out.
Control lamp of level of brake fluid (if is available)
If this lamp lights up after an otpuskaniye of the emergency brake and at the included ignition, maybe, that the level of brake fluid in a tank too low.

If the lamp lights up, act as follows:
- Check whether the emergency brake is completely released. If the brake is released, and the lamp continues to burn.
- Carefully stop the car on the edge of the carriageway.
- At the switched-off engine check the level of brake fluid at once and if necessary add liquid. All other elements of the brake system have to be checked for liquid dribble.
- If untight places are found, the control lamp continues to burn or brakes work not faultlessly, the trip should be stopped. The car should be towed off in the service center to check the brake system and to perform necessary works.

Operation of the car in such state constitutes danger. Brakes have to be at once repaired. |

Control lamp of heating of back glass (if is available)
The control lamp burns at the included heating of back glass.

Control lamp of level of liquid of a washer (if is available)
This control lamp lights up if liquid level in system of a washer of a windshield too low. Check the level of liquid and add washing liquid.

Control lamp of the air gate
The control lamp burns at the extended button of the drive of the air gate.

Control lamp of driving beam
The control lamp burns at the turned-on driving beam.

Control lamp of switching to the following transfer (if is available)
If this control lamp, fuel consumption on the included transfer lights up it is too high. In this case switch a box to the following transfer to reach economic fuel consumption.

Control lamp of the accelerator pedal (if is available)
This control lamp lights up if the accelerator pedal is squeezed out too strongly. In this case dump gas, the lamp will not go out yet to provide smaller fuel consumption.

Control lamp of back foggy lamps (if is available)
This control lamp burns at the included back foggy lamps.

The turbocompressor indicator (for cars with a turbocompressor)
The indicator lights up when a turbocompressor in operation
The indicator begins to blink and the warning signal when pressure of forcing increases too strongly sounds. The car should not continue the movement with the blinking indicator as the engine can be damaged. In this case, reduce speed until the indicator of a turbocompressor stops blinking.

Control lamp of level of cooling liquid (for the diesel engine if is available)

As the engine consists of aluminum details, cooling liquid on an etilenglikolevy basis surely has to be used. |
|
|
At the included ignition this control lamp lights up for check of operability of a lamp; it has to go out when the engine is started. If the control lamp lights up during the movement (or the sound signal will begin to sound):
- Stop the car on the edge of the carriageway.
- Switch off the engine and let's it be cooled. If cooling liquid does not leak, check liquid level in a broad tank and in a radiator. If it is required, add cooling liquid.
- If the control lamp does not go out, tow off the car in the service center MAZDA.

Control lamp / a control signal of a water reflector (for the diesel engine if is available)
Cars with the diesel engine
|
|
If control lamps of a charge, level of cooling liquid, brakes and a water reflector at the same time light up, it is necessary to take the following measures:
- Stop the car on the edge of the carriageway.
- Switch off the engine and check whether it is weakened or whether the generator belt is torn maple.
- If maple the belt of the generator is faulty, it is impossible to continue at all the movement as the engine overheats and brake influence is lowered. Tow off the car in the next workshop.

Tachometer
The tachometer shows the speed of rotation of the engine in thousands of revolutions per minute (rpm).
|
|
Do not allow operation of the engine in red area of a tachometer. It can lead to serious damages of the engine. |

Switching of indication of the index of level of fuel (only on electronic indicators if is available)
If to press the button, the lower area of indication with limits from 5 to 15 l will be shown. Approximately in 5 seconds the indicator will return to the former, normal state.
