Check and adjustment of contents WITH

As contents WITH and the speed of idling exert impact together, they have to be checked and be regulated at the same time.

During check of idling and contents ABOUT the electric fan of a radiator should not join. If the fan turned on, it is necessary to wait until it is switched off.

Check condition: To check system of production of the fulfilled gases, for this purpose to close a back exhaust pipe a rag. All connections of pipes have to be tight.

At this check to pay special attention to good ventilation, otherwise there is a danger of poisoning.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To check a side play of drafts and shaft on the carburetor, if necessary to repair or adjust.
  2. To warm up and kill the engine. The lower hose on a radiator has to be warm.
  3. To disconnect consumers of the electric power.
  4. To check the ignition moment, if necessary to adjust.
  5. The element of the air filter has to be pure. It is the best of all to make adjustment with the new filtering element.
  6. To connect a tachometer and the device of measurement WITH it agrees instructions, to leave the air filter screwed.
  7. To start the heated-up engine and to leave to work at single turns.
  8. To check tightness of an inlet path. For this purpose to apply on all connections of system of an admission gasoline by means of a brush If at the same time you increase speed, by some time, so the engine podsasyvat foreign air. To define and eliminate untight places.

Not to inhale fumes of fuel — they are poisonous! Not to allow hit of gasoline on the heated details and system of ignition. Flammablly!

  1. To check idling speed.
  1. If value does not correspond to demanded, to adjust idling speed the adjusting screw-2-.
  1. To check contents WITH, the required values see at the end of the head.
  2. At a rejection of the contents WITH to remove a seal from the adjusting screw from the required value. For this purpose to make an opening in a seal, to screw a suitable screw or the screw the self-tapping screw and to take out the screw together with a seal. If necessary to remove a seal by means of nippers.
  3. To adjust contents WITH rotation of the adjusting screw-1-.
  4. To insert a new seal.
  5. To switch-off measuring devices.
