Removal and installation of the carburetor

At removal of the carburetor a fuel quantity can act. Vapors of fuel are poisonous and flammable therefore to pay special attention to good ventilation of a workplace. To avoid hit of fuel on skin, to work in toplivostoyky mittens. Not to work near naked flame. |
Removal
|
|
- To disconnect a weight cable from the battery.
- To remove the air filter-2-, see the Head the Power supply system, the carburetor, system of injection of fuel, the Section Removal and installation of the air filter.
- If is available, to unscrew the holder from the air filter.
- To remove the gas-3-drive. Previously to mark the adjusting provision of a cover of a cable on a countersupport.
| The cable of gas should not be bent, otherwise it will burst in use. Anyway to replace the bent cable. |
- To disconnect a fuel-supply line-4-and to stop up it, previously having weakened and having shifted a collar back. As a cap the pure bolt of the corresponding diameter can be used.
- To disconnect vacuum hoses-5-on the case of the carburetor and to mark them with an adhesive tape.

- To disconnect electric connections-6-and-7-and to mark them with an adhesive tape.
|
- To unscrew a nut of fastening of the carburetor and to raise the carburetor-8-.
- To remove the heating plug.
- To remove a heater-9-and laying.
- To cover an inlet pipe with a pure rag that there dirt could not get.

Installation
|
|
- To remove a rag, to install the carburetor with new laying on a flange and to screw it.
- To connect vacuum hoses according to marking to the carburetor case.
- To connect a fuel hose and to fix by a collar.
- To install the drive of gas and the starting gate. To clamp a cable cover according to the put marking.
- To attach a returnable spring of the lever of a butterfly valve.
- If is available, to screw the holder of the air filter.
- To install the air filter, see the Head the Power supply system, the carburetor, system of injection of fuel, the Section Removal and installation of the air filter.
- To connect a cable of mass of the battery.
- If are available, to determine time on hours and to set a protective code of the radio receiver.
- To check idling and maintenance WITH, if necessary to adjust.
