Removal of air from a power supply system

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. When opening system or full emptying of the fuel tank it is always necessary to delete air from a power supply system.
  1. To be convinced that in a tank there is a fuel.
  1. To open the gate of removal of air on the fuel filter.
  2. To pump up the manual pump fuel from a tank. The pump is on the top part of the filter.
  3. To pump over until in the fuel which is going out of the pumping gate vials of air do not disappear.
  4. At the pressed manual pump to close the pumping gate.
  5. To pump over the manual pump (about 15 times) until when pressing resistance is felt.
  1. If the engine is not started because of emergence in pipelines of injection of an air stopper, to weaken cap nuts on nozzles and to include a starter that there was a fuel. Then to tighten nuts again and to start the engine.

To watch that diesel fuel did not get on hoses of cooling liquid. If necessary it is necessary to clear hoses at once. The corroded hoses should be replaced.
