Check/replacement of the electromagnetic valve of interruption in supply of fuel

The electromagnetic valve on TNVD opens the fuel channel at inclusion of ignition. It should be checked if the engine is not started or continues to work after switching off of ignition.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To switch on and off ignition. The electromagnetic valve has to click at the same time is distinguishable aurally.
  1. If the valve does not click, to check the voltmeter whether tension at the included ignition is put to it. Ate tension it is not put, to find and eliminate break of a wire according to the scheme.
  2. If malfunction is not found, to disconnect a cable and to unscrew the valve.
  3. For a vyvinchivaniye of the valve to disconnect a fuel-supply line from TNVD, previously having weakened a collar.
  4. To disconnect the gas drive.
  5. To connect the power supply of 12 V to the removed electromagnetic valve. The core of the valve has to be involved, otherwise replace the valve.
  6. To insert the new valve with laying and to tighten 25 Nanometers with effort. To connect a cable to the valve.
  7. To connect a fuel-supply line and to fix it by a collar.
  8. To attach and adjust the gas drive.
  9. To remove air from a power supply system.
