Removal and installation of the fan of a heater

From 10/89 g of the issue.

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To disconnect a weight cable from the battery.

At the same time data from memory of malfunctions of the engine or a protective code of the radio receiver are erased. Before shutdown of the battery it is necessary to read instructions in the Section Removal also installation of the battery.

  1. To remove a glove compartment, see the Head Kolesa and tires, a body, coloring of the car, care of the car, the Section Panel of Devices / Average the console.
  2. To unscrew the fan-2-case.
  3. To weaken a bracket of fastening and to take out a sealing plate-1-together with the fan block.
  4. To disassemble the block of the fan or to unscrew preresistors.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To establish and screw the fan.
  2. To squeeze a sealing plate and to fix by a fastening bracket.
  3. To connect a weight cable to the battery.
  4. If are available, to determine time on hours and to set a protective code of the radio receiver.

With 9/85 on 9/89 g of the issue.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To disconnect a weight cable from the battery.

At the same time data from memory of malfunctions of the engine or a protective code of the radio receiver are erased. Before shutdown of the battery it is necessary to read instructions in the Section Removal also installation of the battery.

  1. To remove facing in the bottom of the dashboard.
  2. To remove a glove compartment, see the Head Kolesa and tires, a body, coloring of the car, care of the car, the Section Panel of Devices / Average the console.
  3. To remove the black steel holder in the top part of a glove compartment.
  4. To remove the air channel between a box of a heater and the block of the fan.
  5. To unscrew 3 nuts of fastening of the case of the fan.
  6. To remove a cable of the inlet air gate.
  1. To disconnect the multicontact plug.
  1. To take out the fan.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To establish and screw the fan.
  2. To connect the multicontact plug.
  3. To establish a cable of the inlet air gate.
  4. To put on the air channel.
  5. To establish the steel holder in a glove compartment.
  6. To establish a glove compartment.
  7. To establish the lower facing.
  8. To connect a weight cable to the battery.
  9. If are available, to determine time on hours and to set a protective code of the radio receiver.
