Replacement of brake pipelines and hoses

In the brake system as pipelines tubes which together with hoses of high pressure provide connection of brakes with the main brake cylinder are applied.

Brake hoses represent flexible connections between motionless parts of the car.

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To lift the car.
  2. To unscrew and remove a brake hose on a support or the wheel brake cylinder.
  1. To remove a fastening bracket on a depreciation rack with the help of flat-nose pliers.
  1. To unscrew a brake hose from the coupling of the rigid pipeline.
  2. To stop up the pipeline to the main brake cylinder with a suitable stopper, or previously to pump out brake fluid from a compensation tank by means of a suction.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To establish brake hoses only of factory production.
  2. To screw a new brake hose on the rigid pipeline with effort of 20 Nanometers. This moment of an inhaling belongs also to other connections of rigid pipelines.
  3. To establish a new brake hose so that it when finding wheels on average situation sagged not overwound. To fix a brake hose by a bracket in fastening on a depreciation rack.
  4. Disk brakes: To screw a brake hose on a support with 2 new laying with effort of 30 Nanometers, at the same time the pin on connection has to enter an opening on a support.
  1. After installation at the unloaded wheel (the car is lifted) to check that the hose followed all movements of a wheel and did not rub anywhere.

Not to allow hit on brake hoses of oil or gasoline, not to varnish them and not to cover with mastic of protection of the bottom.
