Removal and installation of the switch of stoplights

Check of the switch of stoplights see the Head Sistem of electric equipment.

The switch of stoplights is over a brake pedal on the block of pedals.

Removal

A — the switch of stoplights
B — a lock-nut

With — a pusher bar
D — a lock-nut


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To switch off ignition.
  2. To disconnect the plug from the switch of stoplights.
  3. To weaken a lock-nut and to unscrew the switch.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To measure pedal height to a floor. The required value see the Section Specifications of the brake system.
  2. If height of a pedal does not correspond to the required value, to adjust height and a side play of a pedal in a workshop.
  3. To screw the switch of stoplights until it concerns a pedal and then to tighten for a half-turn. To tighten a lock-nut.
  4. To connect the plug and to include ignition.
  5. To squeeze out a brake pedal, at the same time to ask the assistant to watch stoplights. Already by easy pressing a pedal they have to join, otherwise respectively adjust the switch.
