Removal and installation of gates of injection Removal
|
- To disconnect a weight cable from the battery.
- To reduce fuel pressure.
- To remove an inlet hose between the air filter and a branch pipe of a butterfly valve.
- To disconnect the gas drive on the lever of a butterfly valve.
|
- For the best dismantle to remove the case of an inlet collector-1-, previously having disconnected vacuum pipelines and for simplification of installation having marked with an adhesive tape.
|
- To disconnect a vacuum hose from the fuel pressure regulator.
- To disconnect plugs of-3 gates of injection and to put a cable plait aside.
- To disconnect the giving and returnable fuel-supply lines-2-on the fuel highway, having weakened previously a collar.
| Fuel is in the pipeline under pressure. For protection against spraying to cover the pipeline with a rag. |
- To turn out bolts of fastening of the distributive fuel highway-4-.
- To remove the distributive highway-4-with gates of injection-5-.
| To remove the distributive highway carefully that gates of injection did not drop out and were not damaged. |
- To take out injection gates from the distributive highway.
- To take out insulators from openings of gates.

Installation
|
|
Rings, laying and insulators of gates of injection should be replaced always. |
|
|
- To insert injection gates with new consolidations of round section into the top part of the distributive highway. Previously to cover consolidations with a small amount of oil.
- To insert insulators into openings of gates.
|
- To establish the distributive fuel highway with injection gates in a head of cylinders.
|
- To check that injection gates easily turned. Otherwise again to remove gates and to check the provision of consolidations of round section.
- To turn injection gates so that plugs were turned up.
- To establish bolts of fastening of the distributive fuel highway and to tighten 25 Nanometers with effort.
- To put on a vacuum hose the fuel pressure regulator.
- To connect the giving and returnable pipelines and to fix by collars.
- To lay a cable plait to gates of injection and to connect plugs.
- To install the case of an inlet collector with new laying and to screw 25 Nanometers with effort. To put on vacuum pipelines according to marking.
- To attach the gas drive to the lever of a butterfly valve.
- To put on an inlet hose a branch pipe of a butterfly valve and to fix by a collar.
- To connect the plug of the fuel pump and to establish a back seat.
- To connect a weight cable to the battery.
- If are available, to determine time on hours and to set a protective code of the radio receiver.
