Replacement of a perepuskny oil filter

Diesel engines to 9/89 g of the issue have perepuskny an oil filter. It is on the branch pipe screwed on the case pallet.


  1. To unscrew an oil filter. The oil filter is, looking in the direction of the movement, behind on the block of cylinders. For unscrewing of the filter there is a special tool, for example, of HAZET 2172. It is also possible to hammer sideways into the filter the sharp screw-driver. Oil will follow at the same time — to substitute capacity.
  1. To clear a flange of an oil filter on the block of cylinders fuel. To remove laying of the filter.
  1. To slightly cover rubber laying on the filter with engine oil.
  2. To screw the new filter a hand. When laying of the filter adjoins to the block of cylinders, to tighten the filter a coupling tape on 4/3 turns. To follow instructions on the filter.



  1. To fill in new oil in a jellied mouth of a cover of a head of cylinders. Then to check oil level the probe.
  2. To screw a cover of a jellied mouth.

It is recommended to fill in at first on 1/2 liters of oil less, to warm up the engine and in a few minutes to check oil level the probe, if necessary to add oil. Excess oil has to be pumped out, otherwise laying of the engine or the catalyst can be damaged.

  1. After a trial trip to check tightness of a drain stopper and an oil filter, if necessary carefully to tighten.
  2. To kill the heated-up engine and in 2 minutes to double-check oil level, if necessary to add.
  1. The difference between the top mark - F-and the lower mark - L-makes about 0,8 l. Level of oil has to be constantly between these marks.

Never to fill in oil above a mark - F-. Too large amount of oil can damage the catalyst in use.

  1. For the best control of dynamic characteristics of the engine when replacing it is necessary to use always oil of one type and whenever possible one brand. Therefore it is expedient to fix at each replacement of oil on the engine the plate on which the brand and viscosity of oil are specified.
  2. Causeless use of oils of different types is adverse. Engine oils of one type, but different brands whenever possible should not mix up. Oils of one type and brand, but with different viscosity can mix up if necessary with each other when changing a season.
