Verification of indexes of turn

Steps for indexes of turn and the alarm system are developed by one relay, the so-called breaker of signals of turn.

If a blinking rhythm on one party quicker than on another, from the "bystry" party the lamp is faulty or there is a break of a wire.

At all other malfunctions most often the relay is the reason. For check of the relay to remove.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To disconnect the relay and to check separate contacts for course of current. At the same time to set on an ohmmeter a measurement limit kilohms (kOhm). Between the following contacts current has to proceed or to be resistance:-e;-f; c-a; c-d; c-e; c-f; c-g; c-h; h-a; h-c; h-d; h-e; h-f; h - g.
  1. Between other contacts current should not proceed, or resistance has to be equal to infinity.

With 9/85 on 9/89 g of the issue.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To connect through auxiliary cables plus batteries to the plug B, the mass of the battery to the plug E. Then between the L and E or E plugs and weight to connect in parallel 2 lamps of indexes of turn (21 W). Lamps have to blink in a normal rhythm, otherwise replace the relay.
  1. If there is no new relay, to carefully insert a thin wire into the relay plug between plugs B and L

At the same time sensitive contacts of the relay should not be damaged. Before installation to bend the ends of a wire that there were no keen edges. To install the faulty relay into place. Connection plugs so long that the relay will be inserted despite a crossing point.

  1. To include ignition. If now to turn on the lever of signals of turn, the corresponding lamp will light up, without blinking. Inclusion and switching off of the lever it is possible to set a rhythm. However: To install the new relay whenever possible quicker.
  2. If indexes of turn do not burn despite a crossing point of contacts, malfunction consists in the switch or electric wires.
