Removal and installation of a depreciation rack

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To weaken nuts of wheels at the car standing on the earth.
  2. To mark the provision of disks of wheels in relation to a nave. Thanks to it the balanced wheel can be established on the former place.
  3. To lift a forward part of the car.
  4. To remove a wheel.
  5. To prop up a forward suspension bracket about the cross lever that after removal of a depreciation rack power shafts did not sag down. For this purpose to establish a suitable support or the hydraulic elevator under the cross lever.
  1. To remove a bracket of fastening of a-1-brake hose on a depreciation rack.
  1. To weaken 2 nuts-2-, to take out a finger-3-and to separate a depreciation rack from a rotary fist.
  2. To unscrew 4 top nuts of fastening-4-(to 8/89 g of the issue only 2 nuts) a depreciation rack and to take out a depreciation rack in a set. At the same time to watch that the rubber cuff of a power shaft was not damaged by the released rack. If necessary to wrap up a cuff a rag.

Not to weaken at all an average nut of the shock-absorber as the spring is under compression.

Installation

Cars to 9/89 g the issue and the station wagon model

Cars from 10/89 g of the issue, except models "versatile person"

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To enter a depreciation rack from below, so that it entered on the center of the top support. The tag on a support of the shock-absorber has to be turned inside - to the center of the car-. If not to make it, it will be impossible to adjust the correct disorder of wheels.
  2. To screw nuts on hairpins on a support of a depreciation rack from above. To tighten nuts a dynamometer key with effort of 30 Nanometers.
  3. To screw a rotary fist on a depreciation rack.

To insert both bolts in front back, nuts will settle down behind. To tighten nuts with effort of 110 Nanometers.

  1. To lay the brake pipeline, to put on a bracket on the holder of a brake hose.
  2. To screw a wheel, at the same time to consider tags on a wheel and a nave. To lower the car and to tighten nuts cross-wise with effort of 100 Nanometers.
