Removal and installation of a forward wing

MAZDA 323 from 10/89 g of the issue.



  1. To change the provision of a disk of a wheel concerning a nave that the balanced wheel could be established in former situation.
  2. To weaken nuts of a wheel of the car standing on the earth.
  3. To lift a forward part of the car.
  4. To remove a wheel.
  5. To remove the forward index of turn-1-, see the Head Otopitel, system of lighting, devices.
  6. To remove a front grille-2-, and also an overlay of a lattice, the Head Kolesa and tires, a body, coloring of the car, care of the car.
  7. To remove a headlight-3-, the Head Otopitel, system of lighting, devices.
  8. To unscrew a mud-catcher-4-.
  9. To turn out bolts of a loker-5-from within, to wring out a loker from a wing and to take out.
  10. Because of protective mastic and a sealing tape the wing sits very strongly. The hair dryer reaching, at least, temperature of +450 °C is necessary for weakening of fastening of a wing. If there is no hair dryer, it is recommended to cut off protective mastic in junctions a knife.

To heat vinyl protective mastic of the bottom (material PVC) slightly and short time. PVC color should not change and should not be formed swellings. Otherwise there are evaporations hazardous to health, besides the hydrochloric acid leading to corrosion is formed.

  1. If necessary to paint a wing.

  5. To establish, level and screw a wing. At the same time to watch a uniform gap between a cowl and a wing, and also a door and a wing.

Bolts of fastening (self-tapping screws) can drag on with effort of 10 Nanometers, i.e. it is absolutely easy.

  1. To apply mastic of protection of the bottom on wing inside.
  2. To condense a loker on a wing with sealant.
  3. To screw a mud-catcher.
  4. To establish a front grille and a decorative slip.
  5. To establish a headlight and the index of turn. To adjust headlights.
  6. To establish a wheel, considering a tag on a nave. To lower the car and to tighten wheel nuts cross-wise with effort of 100 Nanometers.
