Removal and installation/adjustment of a door of a back

MAZDA 323 from 10/89 g of the issue.

To remove details in the sequence. Previously to disconnect a weight cable from the battery.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

To disconnect a windscreen washer nozzle hose.
To switch-off the plug. Previously to remove an upholstery of a back rack of a body and fastening of a seat belt.
To mark the adjusting provision of a door of a back, for this purpose to lead round bolts on the hinge a felt-tip pen.

If it is required to remove hinges, previously it is necessary to remove an internal surface of a ceiling to reach a bolt.

To prop up a back door.
To unscrew a gas-filled emphasis from a body.

When replacing a gas-filled emphasis before utilization it is necessary to remove gas from an old emphasis (it is carried out in a workshop). Gas colourless, flavourless and nonpoisonous.

To turn out bolts on the hinge and to remove a back door. The help of the assistant is for this purpose necessary. Before weakening of bolts of hinges to put between a door and a body fabric for protection of varnish surfaces.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

To establish a back door, to screw bolts, to level a door and to tighten bolts with effort of 10 Nanometers.
To screw a gas-filled emphasis.

At completely stretched emphasis not to turn a rod of the piston and the cylinder from each other.

To put on a windscreen washer nozzle hose.
To connect the plug of the motor of a screen wiper and heater of back glass. To establish an upholstery of a back rack of a body and fastening of a seat belt.

Adjustment of a door of a back

PERFORMANCE ORDER

To weaken bolts on the hinge and to tighten so that the door still moved. It is represented by MAZDA 323 from 10/89 g of the issue. To adjust a door according to the sizes (in mm). On cars with 9/85 on 9/89 g of the issue to level a door so that it settled down in parallel and at identical distance from other elements.
To tighten bolts or nuts of hinges with effort of 10 Nanometers.
To close a door of a back and to check that the door was closed easily and had no too big gaps. If necessary to adjust a locking plate.
To weaken both bolts of fastening of a locking plate that it still moved.

To close a door of a back and to level a plate with the lock on a back door. Then to tighten bolts with effort of 20 Nanometers.
