Balancing of wheels

The wheels established serially are balanced at the plant. Balancing is necessary for compensation of uneven distribution of weight and inhomogeneity of material. In use disbalance of wheels is shown in the form of trembling of a steering wheel at a high speed.

As a rule, this trembling appears only at a certain speed and vanishes on lower or higher. Disbalance can lead to damage of spherical support, the steering mechanism and shock-absorbers over time.

Surely it is necessary to balance wheels through each 20000 km and after repair as because of wear and repair distribution of weight and material changes.
